Registration for the 4th International Clinical Skills Conference has closed.

Please register for the 4th International Clinical Skills Conference (one form to be submitted per delegate).
All registration fees are in Australian Dollars - and to be paid in Australian Dollar equivalents.

Successful authors must register as a delegate for the Conference.

As this is a small conference with restricted numbers, priority will be given to those delegates accepted to present at the Conference.

Delegate Registration includes 3 full days of conference sessions. The conference begins with workshops on Sunday May 22nd commencing in the early afternoon, and concluding at lunchtime on Wednesday May 25th.

Delegate Registration includes the Cocktail Party.

Costs for Conference Dinner registration for delegates and guest registrations to both the Conference Dinner and the Cocktail Party are as advised below.

'Early Bird' (If paid prior to or on January 31st 2011): $1200.00 AUD

Normal Registration (If paid after January 31st 2011): $1500.00 AUD

*Cocktail Party (accompanying person): $70.00 AUD

Conference Dinner (delegate): $150.00 AUD

Conference Dinner (accompanying partner): $150.00 AUD

Terms & Conditions:

Registrations made within 2 weeks of the event MUST be paid for with credit card
Delegate places cannot be shared
All cancellations must be in writing and subject to the following:
Cancellations of delegate registrations received on or before 20th April 2011 will be subject to a 10% administration fee
No refund will be given on delegate registrations made for cancellations received after 20th April 2011.
All refunds will be processed after the Conference
